I would have given this a ten just based on the animation,action, and the consistency of the series, up to this episode. I'm sorry, but am I the only one who sees the Teddy Bear and related confusing articles for what they are: cheap marketing devices.
I mean comeon, last episode Zoe has both of her eyes intact as they decided whether or not she would cross the bridge alone. All of a sudden, she has an eye patch and she seems to have recovered from her supposed memory loss as the Teddy Bear was obviously an important tool in her mysterious(???) past.
As an illustrative writer, and an accomplished comic creator, I am aksing that you refrain from peddling your wares in this forum. To be honest, you have talent, of this there is no question. However, your talents are misplaced as this story, although fantastic for an animated Flash series (or even a time slot on teenage television) there is nothing here original enough to earn it a slot in the prestigious American art form that is the comic book.
Maybe, I am being too harsh but the newstands are overpopulated with high school grade drivel of this sort and I am tired of it. There are only a handful of titles on the market right now that have any improtance, and this will never be part of that canon.
Nice work, but keep on NewGrounds or Nickelodeon. And stop being a sellout: we know you're serious, it's not an attitude laced joke- your characters demands for immediate consumption by the consumer. Shame on you.
